PURPOSE
NFL 33 lets clubs request highlight packages directly from the league, so the work is built around someone else's ask. The job is to read the intent behind a request and turn it around fast enough that the package still matters by the week it was asked for. The wide receiver project ran the same pipeline but pointed outward, built as an evergreen watch piece for the NFL's own channel.
PRODUCT
Six packages across four clubs and the league channel. Three for the Bengals, each a different highlight set built around a different uniform combo, roughly 10-12 minutes apiece. A 15-minute Falcons package covering every John Abraham sack in Atlanta. A Jaguars request on Bhayshul Tuten's top plays of 2025, which pulled 16,000 views. The largest was a 60-minute wide receiver reel on the NFL's main channel: 131,000 views, 2.5 million impressions, 36,000 watch hours, and an 18:21 average retention, with 85% of viewing on TV.
PROCESS
Each package started by scoping the club's request into something buildable: which plays qualify, how long it runs, what the reel needs to say. I cut all six in WSC and prioritized turnaround, since in-season requests lose value the longer they sit. The wide receiver project flipped that. At 60 minutes, it was built to be left on, so sequencing had to hold across the full runtime rather than land a quick hit.
