PURPOSE
These videos were created to capture the atmosphere of The Green’s live performances and fan interactions, celebrating their music and their deep ties to Hawaiʻi. They also served as promotional content for the band, highlighting the excitement of their shows and the strong community around them.
PRODUCT
Three final deliverables: a 1:00 concert recap from the Oʻahu show, a 1:20 concert recap from the Kauaʻi show, and a 0:45 meet-and-greet recap from The Green General. Together, these videos showcased the band’s performances and community presence. A personal vlog documenting my first concert videography project is also available below.
PROCESS
I filmed and edited two concert recaps for The Green, along with a meet-and-greet video at their Kauaʻi store, The Green General. For the Oʻahu show, I was flown out to capture the live performance, collaborating with Jesse Yonover, who has long worked with the band and provided all of the drone footage for that reel. I also filmed and edited the Kauaʻi show and covered the meet-and-greet event, ensuring each video reflected the band’s energy and connection with fans. In addition, I created a personal vlog documenting my first concert videography experience, which is included below on this page.
