The showcase recaps were created to highlight how unique CU’s Pro Day was, showing that no school could match the energy, production, and opportunity the event provided. They also served as promotional material for the athletes pursuing the NFL, underscoring their talent and drive. The impact was significant, with eight CU players eventually making their way into the league.
— PURPOSE
Two polished recaps of the showcase: a 36-second social deliverable designed for quick-hit promotion, and an 8:30 long-form feature that blended interviews, storytelling, and atmosphere to capture the full scale of the event.
— PRODUCT
Working alongside the CU Athletics creative team, I contributed to both the short-form and long-form recaps of the “We Ain’t Hard 2 Find” Pro Day showcase. The social cut was a fast turnaround project, edited quickly to capture immediate attention online. The long-form video was more strategically built, meticulously planned with John Snelson and Zion Atwater. This version featured interviews with every participating athlete, Coach Prime’s perspective, and a mic’d-up segment, all woven together into a polished narrative.
