PURPOSE
The feature was created as part of The Pursuit series, which documented Colorado Basketball’s historic season and March Madness run. This preseason episode aimed to shine a light on the student managers, giving fans a deeper appreciation of the people who help the program succeed beyond the players and coaches.
PRODUCT
A 6:07 feature video released on social media, serving as one of the first installments of the Pursuit series for the 2023–24 season.
PROCESS
As one of my first assignments during freshman year, I collaborated with Will Labeaux to create a feature on the Colorado Men’s Basketball managers. We conducted interviews, filmed practices, and produced a mic’d-up segment to showcase their role behind the scenes. I was responsible for editing the portion of the video beginning at the 3:20 mark, shaping the final half of the piece into a cohesive, personality-driven story.
