The video was created to highlight the County’s investment in youth care and early childhood education, celebrating the transformation of a central building in Līhuʻe into a resource for families and children. It aimed to share the County’s commitment to future generations and inform the public of this important initiative.
PRODUCT
A 1-minute social reel documenting the blessing and groundbreaking of the Piʻikoi Building renovation, edited and delivered on the same day for the County of Kauaʻi’s official channels.
PROCESS
I covered the blessing and groundbreaking event for the renovation of the Piʻikoi Building in Līhuʻe, filming key moments throughout the day. The footage was quickly edited into a concise narrative for social media, with a same-day turnaround to ensure timely release.
