PURPOSE
This project was built to promote Micah Welch's performance through the first two games of the 2026 season, the opener at Georgia Tech and the home opener. The goal was to turn his standout plays into a highlight piece that could go out on CU Football's social platforms while his performance was still fresh in the conversation.
PRODUCT
The final deliverable was a 41-second highlight video posted to CU social platforms, covering Micah Welch's game action from both the Georgia Tech game and the home opener against Weber State.
PROCESS
I served as Primary Action Shooter and Video Editor, taking the project from conception to export in 72 hours after the second home game. For the Georgia Tech game, I pulled footage from the Colorado Football Full Time Travel videographers who traveled with the team. I shot nearly all of the home game footage myself and included one sky cam angle from the Weber State game, shot by Wyatt Levy.
